Lost Or Stolen Package

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your order, follow these steps


  1. Inspect your delivery location – Take a look around, including side doors, porches, and mailrooms.
  2. Ask Neighbors & Household Members – Sometimes packages are received by others at your address o

  2. Ask Neighbors & Household Members – Sometimes packages are received by others at your address or delivered to a neighbor by mistake.
  3. Wait 24 Hours – Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they actually arrive.
  4. Contact the Carrier – If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to USPS (or the shipping carrier used) to file a claim. You can do this by visiting their website or calling their customer service.
  5. Report the Theft – If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
